We offer a variety of cardio and strength training classes:
Zumba® Classes
Zumba® combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries, plus 700-1000 calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order to be sustainable enough to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba® is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout . . . be prepared to sweat!
BootCamp
Don't have time for weight training and cardio? This class consists of 1
minute intervals of cardio, strength training, and working the entire body from head to toe! This action packed class combines intervals of cardio and strength exercises such as hand weights, bands, balls and skipping ropes. Core strengthening and flexibility work included for a complete workout. Bring a friend! All fitness levels welcome.
Zumba® Toning
ZUMBA® TONING takes the original Zumba® dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing innovative muscle training and the addition of light-weight toning sticks. Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises lets you build from the ground up. This Latin-inspired dance 'n tone program also includes, for the first time, combination rhythms within the same songs which adds the fun and flavor: Latin Disco, Reggaeton-Cumbia, Conga Hip-Hop, Merengue Hip-Hop, Reggaeton-Belly Dance, Techno and Salsa. This program is assured to provide the participant with a safe & effective, redefining total body workout! Zumba® Toning creates the same party atmosphere as every other Zumba® program.
Total Body
Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls, dyna-discs, & body bars as resistance tools.
Spinning®
Burn anywhere from 400 to 800 calories and get an absolutely great and challenging cardiovascular workout! This is a non-impact class and is open to all fitness levels. Just remember to GO AT YOUR OWN PACE and ENJOY THE RIDE! Don’t forget to bring bottled water or sports drink and a towel because we guarantee that you will sweat, sweat, sweat! Open to all fitness levels.
Cardio Pump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.
P90 core /core
Everyone wants awesome abs and this toning session will help you firm and tone your abs up. Alternating between upper, mid, and lower abdominal and lower back exercises, this class is invaluable to the awesomeness of your abs. Participants will utilize props such as stability balls, body bars, weights, bands and much more. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Yoga
For people with little or no yoga experience. This class will introduce you to
moving with the breath while increasing your flexibility and strength and
teaching proper alignment in level 1 yoga postures.
Zumbatomic® for Kids
ZumbAtomic® is a specially
designed class for children ages 4-12. With dance, music, exercise and energy,
ZumbAtomic® is a fun, healthy program for children using the Zumba® Fitness
concept. It helps to develop a healthy lifestyle including learning in
leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence and responsibility as well as
developing coordination, balance, discipline, memory and
creativity.
Zumba® Gold
Zumba® Beginner (Gold) is designed for the active older adult
population or the true beginner (unconditioned participant). It addresses the
anatomical, physiological and psychological needs specific to these populations.
This class IS good for all ages and for those looking for a less intense
(lighter) workout than a regular Zumba® class...and it is just as FUN! The
Zumba® Gold Chair class is
the same concept, but the participants sit in a chair while
exercising.
