My Richmond Athletic Club Success Story
I have been working out at RAC for 2 years 6 months. When I joined RAC, my fitness goal was to get healthy. I was overweight, fatigued, and had low energy levels. My family encouraged me to join, then after that my RAC friends motivated me. I chose RAC as my gym because they are friendly as a family, convenient, and they treat me very well. I work out about 15 hours a week. My workouts have included Spinning, Zumba, Cardio Pump, and Fast Track Circuit for weights. Since joining RAC, I am healthier than before, and have more energy. I can control my mind and body and balance my diet.

Moving here last year, I needed a new place to workout. I have always exercised, doing a variety of programs. Being a diabetic, I need to work on my metabolism and RAC is an important part of that. I chose RAC as my gym because of the price, closeness to my home, classes, and the other equipment I needed. Working out 5 hours a week, my progress towards my goals has been successful health-wise.
Working out here, I’ve made new friendships and kept up my fitness level in range of motion, balance, flexibility, and endurance.

I started working out about 5 hours a week, and have kept it up for more than a year and a half. I’m happy with my weight and fitness now! Working out consistently has improved my health to the point where I take fewer medications, I have energy to get through the day, and I feel strong.

When I saw how poor my parents’ health is at an early age, I didn’t want that lifestyle for myself and I decided to join RAC. I chose RAC as my gym because it’s where my girlfriend is a member, and stayed because of the Zumba class and the instructors. Since joining, I’ve lost 13 pounds and I have all kinds of energy and endurance, and have a blast. At this rate, I see myself staying happily active and fit for a long time to come.

I’ve been working out at RAC for 1 year 2 months. My goal when I started was to look like Taylor Lautner with my shirt off. I hadn’t made much progress before because I didn’t have the right lifting equipment. I chose RAC as my gym because it’s the best gym in Richmond. It’s perfect for the “G” in G.T.L.
I work out about 8 hours a week. My workouts have included compound movements (squats and bench press), finished with iso moves. My progress towards my goals has been great; now my coworkers and friends ask if I’ve been working out. RAC has increased my fitness knowledge, muscle tone, and body mass. I’m stronger now, and more confident in how I look.
