Specialized Programs (With Certified Personal Trainer)
#1 The RAC's Weight Loss Program is the most requested. One of the greatest challenges you can face is losing excess weight and maintaining it. The RAC's personal trainers are passionate about helping clients get a jump start on weight loss and eventually push toward lifestyle changes that will help you maintain a healthy, energetic outlook on life.
#2 Our Sport Specific Training Program is also a highly requested program. The RAC's personal trainers have the knowledge to develop specific programs to enhance performance in any sport. We also train a wide variety of young athletes looking to develop fundamentals of speed, agility, and quickness while enhancing technique.
#3 Our Post Physical Therapy Program is essential in keeping you progressing toward a healthy and pain free lifestyle. Post PT patients are usually discharged to home with an HEP (Home Exercise Program) which they are not held accountable to. So, they sometimes end up back where they started. The RAC's post rehab conditioning program partners with H2 Health Physical Therapy (On Site), to offer a Next Step Option, or continuation past Physical Therapy. We help you build on the post PT base and prevent re-injury. Always in co-op with your Physical Therapist, of course.
#4 The Pre/Post Natal Program uses guidelines set by the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologist. There are many exercises that are safe and helpful during pregnancy. We can make sure the correct techniques and positions are used during certain exercises so you can feel secure and worry-free.
#5 Our Senior Exercise Program is great for any Senior who is looking to develop a safe and effective exercise program that will increase: Strength, Flexibility, & Cardiovascular Endurance. The program also includes Practical/Functional balance training and educational instruction on Fall Prevention.
